MethodA™ is a WEB-technology based software product, with several possible deployment configurations: on a local corporate Intranet network, as a stand-alone workstation for the individual, or on the Internet. The software supports a topical search by glossary or keywords, on-line training, selective printing and copying of knowledge base sections and direct activation or downloading of work templates. The tool is geared for both the beginner user via a study-train-work approach, and the advanced user via a Work & Help approach – immediately begin to work, but consult the knowledge base and help info when necessary.
